About the Sister Studio Program

Through our Sister Studio match-up program, your studio can build a one-on-one relationship with an emerging yoga community in a conflict zone. For example, a yoga community that serves 300 students in California has been matched up with a yoga community in Iran. They communicate to create healing and enlightening dialogue on an ongoing basis We will introduce you to a studio and help you get the word out to your members and students.

You can galvanize support in your own studio to financially sponsor a new yoga community, also. For example, "let's help put yoga in a refugee camp in country X "- and then collectively work toward that goal, keeping in touch on an ongoing basis through mail, phone and e-mail, where possible. You may even one day decide to promote a seva journey to your sister region, or invite people to visit your studio directly.
